Global Energy Partners, LLC is an employee-owned consulting company serving energy companies such as utilities and public power entities, state and federal government agencies and regulatory commissions, and large commercial and industrial energy users. Global provides expertise in energy efficiency and demand response programmatics - including planning, design, implementation, and evaluation - and in technology applications to help energy companies achieve their demand-side objectives and enhance their service to end-use customers.
Global has a close historical relationship with the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) and its subsidiary EPRI Solutions. Global was incorporated in California in December 1998 as a joint venture between EPRI, the Gas Research Institute, and DMJMH+N (a prominent architecture and engineering firm that is part of the AECOM family of companies). In January 2000, Global acquired NEOS Corporation, a technical and management consulting firm that had served utilities, energy services companies, private industries, and government agencies for over sixteen years. At the beginning of 2005, Global became a wholly-owned subsidiary of EPRI Solutions. Today, Global stands as an independent, employee-owned company. We are proud of our legacy and historical affiliation with EPRI and EPRI Solutions, and are poised to respond to the needs of our clients in the energy marketplace.
